Installation
What are the system requirements for FormBuilder?
FormBuilder requires DNN 9.2 or higher.
How do I install the FormBuilder module?
Log in to DNN as a superuser, go to Settings → Extensions, and upload the installation package DNNGo_FormBuilder_x.x.x_Install.zip. See Module Installation for details.
Where do I find FormBuilder after installation?
Create a page named Form Builder Admin (admin-only access), add the DNNGo FormBuilder module to it, and manage all your forms from there. See Module Installation for details.
License
How do I activate a license?
- Register an account on DNNGo.net
- Copy the Machine Key from your site's license settings
- Email dnnskindev@gmail.com with your Invoice ID, Machine Key, and DNNGo username
- Paste the activation code you receive into the license settings page

What license types are available?
- Standard — Single Portal
- Professional — All Portals under one DNN installation
- Enterprise — All Portals and all DNN installations
Are free upgrades included after purchase?
Yes — free upgrades for 2 years from the date of purchase. After that, contact us to renew.
What is the refund policy?
Request a full refund within 30 days if you encounter a critical bug we can't resolve. See License Activation for full details.

What form elements does FormBuilder support?
23 element types, covering text, selection, date, file upload, e-commerce (Product, Quantity, Total, Shipping), signature, and more. See Element Types for the full list.
Can I create multi-page forms?
Yes. Use the Add page button in the editor toolbar to split a form into multiple pages that users fill out step by step.
Is conditional logic supported?
Yes. Show or hide fields based on user input to build dynamic forms.
Is file upload supported?
Yes. The File upload element lets users upload files with configurable file types, size limits, and upload progress.
How do I prevent spam submissions?
Use Anti-spam settings to integrate Google reCAPTCHA (v2 / v3), IP blocking, and Honeypot protection.
Are email notifications sent after a form is submitted?
Yes. With Notifications, administrators receive submission alerts and users get automatic confirmation emails. Both support inserting form-field variables.
Can forms be exported?
Yes. FormBuilder supports import and export, making it easy to back up and migrate forms across sites.
How do I view user submissions?
Open the Records page in the admin backend to view and manage all submissions. Make sure Store Records is enabled in General Settings.
What payment methods are supported?
PayPal and Stripe. Combine them with Product, Quantity, Total, and Shipping elements to build e-commerce forms. See Payment Settings for details.
