Files

The Files page is a central library for files uploaded by administrators. Upload, view, and delete the images and other assets used by your forms.

Uploading Files

Click Upload and choose the files to upload. Multiple files can be uploaded at once.

Where Are Uploaded Files Used?

Files managed here are referenced by form elements, for example:

• Product images in the Card Selection mode of the Product element
• Shipping method images in the Card Selection mode of the Shipping element
• Any other element that needs an image asset

File List

Uploaded files are shown in a table:

Column	Description
File Name	File name
Content Type	MIME type (e.g., image/jpeg, application/pdf)
Created On Date	Upload date
Size	File size
Actions	Action buttons (download, delete, etc.)

Batch Delete

Select files and click Batch Delete to remove them all at once.

Caution

Deleting a file breaks any form element that references it (e.g., product images will no longer display). Verify that no form is using the file before deleting.
